You are welcome to complete a shorter course of therapy to learn a variety of coping skills or process a particular problem, or longer term therapy for more support and a deeper level of therapy.
My goal is to help you learn to be your own best support person!
My favorite approaches to therapy include Inner Child Work, cognitive reframing, improving self-talk, self-compassion, and gentle behavioral exposure therapy.
I am also a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and can support you in creating a more peaceful relationship with food.
